training today as usual.
learnt everything, including the running part.
so fun la! hahahhaha. :D
I think I have super a lot of things to improve on.
hmmm shall have to find time to practice!

Anw during training break, Marshall, Vivian, Yeesin & me were trying to shout using our diaphragms at the water cooler area.
Vivian was super man, omg LOL.
then started to shout, "Karang Guniiiiiiiii!"
& Marshall made the horn sound that was really alike to the karang guni's horn.
Hilarious ttm sia!
HAHAHAHA.
