finally back to blog!
had a orientation week, and it was kinda good! :D
hahaha good job done to the OLs and in charge!
crystalla & anna was the in charge of A9A3, and they were simply wonderful!thank you guys, LOVE YOU! :Di'm in
A9A3!it's kinda nice.. though there're a few reeeaaalllllyyy quiet people..
hah.
anyway lets see..
Day 1, wed 14/04/09reached sch at 8.10am. early bird!
made my first friend -
ChunHui! haha.
started talking, and ppl started streaming into the LT8.
had a 'walk around" the sch, then it was lunch.
omg it was a PIG LUNCH!
no taste at all. omg.
played
Scrub the Deck after that, if i'm not wrong. haha.
quite fun! (:
have to kope the soap and slide it around your teammates, then shoot into the goal.
but ended up everyone was wet with soap water.
and it was SUPER HOT under the sun!
after that was the
thousand legged game, which most people hated, cos the strings tied to the legs and ankle was damn painful!
it was some
caterpillar game afterwards..
all of us hv to stand on chairs, and the last person will hv to start passing the chairs to the front.. my group lost.. and got the last place somemore! ):
aftermath was the
water bomb game.
ROCKS!
hahahaha it was damn funny.
deborah was tying the water bombs, me & chun hui were standing just next to her w a towel in our hands, and we were supposed to pass water bombs by tossing the water bombs via the towels.
LOL deborah didn't see properly where our towel and just let it fall to the floor!
& it happened twice. GOD.

had debrief, then home-d after that.
Day 2 - 3. wed-thurs, 15-16/4/09THE DAY OF OVERNIGHT PROGRAMME. :Dreached sch at 11am.
had this
digital literacy workshop.. had to create some account thingy etc.
blah blah.
ended at 3pm, all of us had
BREAD for lunch!then started with our activities.
lol my memory's failing me.
can't really rmb what happened..
only rmb-ed what we played at night..
had
mass dance from 8plus to 9pm.
IT ROCKED!!then after that, the night programme started!
wheeeeeeee! :D
first was the
bamboo poles game.
all the teams hv to step up on a few tied bamboo poles, and holding strings in their hands, they hv to walk as a team from start to finish, and the team on the other end will take over.
DAMN DIFFICULT!
omgzx.
took a super long time lah. hahaha!
next was the
scissors paper stone game! :D
loved it.
played with
A9A2.. hahaha and I splashed a guy on the face.

there was a small umbrella to use, but no one really used it cos it couldn't open properly.
lol useless.
had the
fire thingy which looked like a spider web game. LOL.
everyone's supposed to cross without touching the strings.. and I got CARRIED OVER.
omg.
foul-ed like crazy in the game, but we told the gamemaster to shut one eye and pretend nothing happened.

played the
string and brush game. it's called what, penigraphy or something like that.
supposed to get a few to tie strings on a body part connecting to the paintbrush, and write,
"Passion to make it happen."LOL looked like a baby's writing.
hahaahaha.
rested after that.. had supper.
played the
lollipop game in the field next.
best game in the orientation! :D
had attackers with water bombs, and defenders.. and we had to protect our lollipop.
super fun and tiring!
me &
geraldine kept playing cos there wasn't enough people. and we were attackers for 4 rounds!!
legs were damn tired.
oh yeah, and i accidentally threw a water bomb straight at a guy defender's face, and he was angry lah, of course!
he went, OEI WHY YOU THROW THE WATER BOMB AT MY FACE?!!
damn scary lah, then i apologised lor.
A9A2's
shawn threw a water bomb at my ear accidentally. -.-
he threw the bomb behind me, and the bomb, while on it's way to the lollipop, flew past my ear and water got in!
painful can!
haha.
but it's okay one lah, accidents happen. (:
played the
pingpong in water, masking tape and tennis ball game.supposed to life up all 3 items all at once w rafia strings.
lost the game.
last game was the
maze game, and we had to play in the dark tutorial room.
and it was around 4.45pm.
everyone had to go either alone/in pairs, and me, chunhui, amirah, jovin, yukun, vincent and one more person, i forgot who, got lost all together.
LOL and the gamemaster kept asking,
"are you guys all right?"hahaha then i replied,
"yup we're all right. we've got company alr! now got 7 people inside!"then the gamemaster started laughing and said,
"whalao eh!"ended soon after.. went back to the LT.
got debrief, and i was nodding off to sleep alr.. it was around 6 at that point of time.
slept all the way on the journey home! (:
conked out once I reached home around 7plus. bath-ed and it was 8am.
slept all the way like a
ultra pig till 5pm.
and I couldn't really sleep at night! ):
Day 4, friday, 17/4/09reached school at 8am.
can't really rmb.. just rmb-ed we stayed in the LT till about 12.
kept cheering and cheering and cheering....then had lunch at the sports stadium.
then all the cheering started..
engine sch, design, business, A.Science, HSS, IIT.cheered till around 12plus going 1pm, then went to Bedok Reservoir.
had the
Dragonboat Regatta and cheers till 6plus going 7pm, then went back to the LT.
oh yeah,
A.SCIENCE WON THE CHEER COMPETITION AGAIN! :D :D :Dtook
matric card and timetable, got debriefed, watched videos.
home-d, while some others went for the
jam-and-hop session.
haha.
