like finally.

went for last church piano practice/lesson from 8 till 9.30pm.

Wednesday
Went Ntuc to get ingredients to bake.
1st attempt failed for oatmeal cookies, though I followed an online recipe to the exact, and furthermore, that receipe had quite good reviews. ):
didn't know what happened.
"Slumdog Millionaire" w parents at night. Friggin' AWESOME!!!!
MUST WATCH OKAY!!!

Thursday
baked oatmeal cookies again, and yes, failed AGAIN.
then realised that maybe online recipes weren't reliable.
aftermath in the noon was "Marley and Me" with SY, Keith and Kee Soon. (: Yay!
Naughty dog, but touching show.
acompanied SY to popular, bought a cookbook :D:D:D , then went home.

and today, Friday.

baked choc chip cookies, came out rather okay. had 24cookies in total.

i waited for SY for half hr, then both of us waited for Jasmine for another half hr.
so you could pretty guess how bored I was while waiting for both of them.
while me & SY were waiting for her, we walked ard the whole of J8 aimlessly, but were talking non stop at the same time.

so had a nice dinner, chatted, then bought McNuggets for BT & TB's ppl.
got 15pieces at first, total was $8.
then just realised I forgot to buy for TB's ppl too!
haha so went back to buy another 6pieces.
regret so much that i didn't get the 20piece one, which costed $8.10.

somemore the auntie at the counter asked me twice, "you really don't want to get the 20piece one ar? don't regret leh."
Me: "ok, won't regret one."

and immediately after I bought, went to BT, I regretted.
so went back to macs again, and told the auntie.
"auntie, I regret le. now I want another 6 pieces. Should've got the 20piece one!"

Happy Valentines' Day!

went to teach piano as usual in the morning to early afternoon, then went to meet my date for the day.
HAHA! (:
exchanged presents, only talked for around 15mins then i had to leave cos still hv another lesson at 4.30pm. ):
rahhhhhh.

so I went to teach, & went to grandma's hse after that.
had dinner there, laid on bed and accidentally slept for half hr, then suddenly woke up.
LOL.

watched some tv, then went home, bathed.
okay, quite boring la, but still, nice day nevertheless.

today was a great day!
sang like crazy w sockyong @ AMK Broadway's KBox.
kept disturbing sy then she keep singing off key.

plans for the day was: KBox, dinner, church office, home.
& everything went as planned. (:
went to KBox from 2plus till 5.30pm.
something embarrassing happened.
hahahahha!

this coupon that the ppl at KBox told us to fill, was a section that stated, "email" in Chinese.
but i read it as "address" in chinese.
so i filled my address in.
then I was watching sy fill in hers, and she put "NIL" for the email part.

I was so surprised, then asked sy, "why didn't you put your address in? no house to live in? hahaha!"
then she started laughing at me and said, "EH! look properly can! EMAIL, not ADDRESS! i think your A1 in chinese is fake man!"

omg.
was freaking embarassing but it was a good laugh nevertheless.
LOL.

then went to meet KeeSoon for dinner tgt, & went sy's church office aftermath.
boarded 169, alighted at upper thomson road, and still had to walk inside to her church office.
then sy told us that alot of bangla-s live there.
then me, not noticing that an Indian was going to walk past us, I said rather loudly, "Here got alot of bangla-s living here, then you come by yourself not scared meh?"
omg.
somemore say the word bangla so loud.
damn paiseh sia.



sy's church ppl was very friendly towards us, and there were lots of photos that were in sockyong's church office.
me & keesoon were trying to figure out whre was sy in the photos.
and I found them all! :D
hahhaha.

the music prac started soon, and so me & keesoon grabbed chairs and sat there.
couldn't seem to hear sy's voice though.
music was loud, plus the worship leader there was singing very loudly too.
sat there, listened, help KS to text in chinese to this weird guy.
HAHA kept laughing at the guy's replies to KS.

music prac ended for sy, so the 3 of us walked back to the bus stop.
parents called, and fetched sy & ks to AMKHub before leaving for dinner.
went home, bathed and here i am blogging.

went out to town ytd, & i've not been going town for a long time.
reaaaaaalllly long time.
so long that I forgot how to walk around town.
Hahaha! :P

went Clara's shop at Inage @ FarEast w sockyong, then, slacked w clara.
idling around, then saw a few pieces of clothes that were nice, but didn't know of what occasions that I could wear them, so decided not to buy lest I don't wear them.
LOL.
bought 2 pieces of tees instead, & bought another turtleneck for SY.

then talked awhile before leaving.

train-ed back to AMK for church stuff, then went hm aftermath after it ended.

Ytd was work as usual.
nothing much, except that i wasn't the cashier nor the 'bread packer' for the whole of 8hrs, but the miscellaneous person.
you know, arranging bread, cake counter, tray & tongs wiper etc.

doc wanted to take blood from left hand, and ended up not finding any small veins to inject the needle into, despite rotating the needle inside.
hahhaa & the doc's face look so pek chek.
LOL!
so changed to right hand, and after a few tries of inserting & taking out the needle, it was finally done. (:
people always hv just one 'wound' when they go for blood tests, yet i hv 2 instead.
hooooooo.

going out w sockyong & wanfong to town later.
just to anyhow walk around and slack.
hahaha. then after to Botak's for dinner.

Just went bloghopping, and saw a few of the current sec4's blogs.
they would say that, they cant go out cos hv to study for O's, or that they're feeling stressed up cos of O's etc.
& i think i'm so mean to think that, "Hah! still have to have O levels! Mine was alr over long ago!"

mostly morning shift except for Mon.

met Kee Soon after work on Fri to return his uniform.
went to walk around, checked main pay that was due. (6Feb! (:)
talked, then bus-ed home tgt.

taught piano on Saturday, received my 2nd pay, which are the piano fees!
HAHAHAHA. :D
was wondering where I could hv lunch and then to while off about 2 and a half hrs of my time before teaching another student.
KS was being so nice to accompany me for lunch, and for the remaining 2 hrs.
saw Andy and some current sec 5 guys at Hub too.
went to fountain to hv chitchit session after lunch.
Accompanied me to wait for the bus then he went home after that.

went for church today, and many ppl kept asking me the same question, "you're LeYing right? And you played the piano in 1st service 2 wks ago hor? wah, good good. So young alr you know how to play piano. You play very well you know? ...." etc etc.
omg.
feeling abit overwhelmed by the sudden attention.
there's even some ppl whom I don't even know/take notice of, came to tell me this.

just a little freaked?
hahahaha.

went for lunch at New York New York just now at AMKHub.
wheeeee treated my parents, cos I initially wanted to treat them when I got my 1st pay, but they didn't want.
So I decided to treat them on my 2nd pay, and 'ngeh ngeh' ask them to let me treat.
so they agreed!
haahaha. (:
had the BBQ prime ribs.
ohmy ohmy very nice, but a warning: you will feel so full that you cannot breathe.
LOL.
& the bill came up to $81.80!
expensive, but it's really worth it, treating my parents.

they've brought me up, got me educated, clothed me, fed me, gave me everything that I needed, and letting me live in comfort.. they've done so much.
so this is just a little tribute, a little thank you, a little treat for them. (:

parents went for some concert show tonight, thus leaving me alone at home. ):
so I've decided to watch tv, and use the com to pass time.
ahahaha!
and just on a random note, how sad is it that I've still got to teach on the 14th..
no one to celebrate with me leh.

but to think of it, this is how it has always been for 16years.
