i've not posted for a long long long time . hehehehe ..

dere's nth interesting this wk except during sports day .
we had out annual sports meet @ Bishan stadium this year ,

and there were quite alot of events going on .

i participated in the 4x100m B girls relay ..
and i got 2nd .

heeheeheeheehee . xDD
xinyi got 1st .. she just ran like e wind . LOLS .

then on saturday , i went to east coast park
wif my church ppl - jiamin , jianwei , moyi , weifu , weizhuo & wife .
we sat 74 (i think) , then walk walk walk to the park .

den when we reached there , we rented bikes .
me and xueting rode on doubles , as she didnt noe how to cycle .
hehehehehe .

and the cost is soooo CHEAP !
2hrs + a bottle of drink = $5

OR

overnight bicycle booking = $5

CHEAP EH ?!?!

den Royce - jiamin's friend , joined us @ ECP ..
he's quite nice . (:

we biked for 2hrs den after that we went SUBWAY to eat .
so nice lors !! SUBWAY ROCKS ! (though its expensive)

den after that me , xueting , moyi went to weifu's hse .
as we were going to church to play capt's ball after that ,
he went home to bathe and change to sports attire .
and we followed .

we sat 55 and walked some distance b4 reaching his house .
and on e way there ,
moyi was slping , den suddenly e bus jerked ,
and moyi suddenly woke up
and her expression was priceless !
WAHAHAHA ..

super funny i tell u .

and weifu was bluffing us that his hse de dog will bite strangers .
wlao .
scare us sia .
but in e end his dog so friendly lor .
so cute and furry .
den keep licking ppl non-stop .
hehehehe .

den somemore very obedient .
ask him sit he sit ,
come he come .
so GUAI !

and weifu lent me a book on "ji du de feng fan "
which enourages christians to follow in His footsteps .
and her also lent me e DaVinci's code by Dan Brown .
the DaVinci's book was a special edition wif illustrations .
and it was SUPER heavy .
he said both books was nice and i shld read it .

yup and then we went AMK de xzone to play arcade ,
cos xueting wanted to be VIP @ e xzone .
so we play some weird stuff games .
lol .
dunno how to describe luhhs .

den after this we reached church @ arnd 5.30 , and played capt's ball until 7.30pm ,
den the rest of tq ppl went to eat outside , while i went home to eat .

and my muscles were aching sosososososo badly ytd night .
even though u rested them , it will still ache automatically .
den the ache is not those normal aching .
its like ur muscles were on fire ,
den somemore very "sour" .

wapiang .
den i from 9.30pm pain pain pain until 12plus still hvnt slp .
and i was just sososososososo tired .
den is pain until can cry .
oh gosh .
den i cannot even stand .
stand that time my muscles ache like siao ,
den the muscles will auto keep trembling .
den my mum let me eat panadol extra ,
den today not pain until arnd 2pm .

den from arnd 3pm start to pain again .
how in the world am i gonna run 2.4km tmr for PE ?!?!?!

okay , and just now , my new nephew came to my hse .
and he's 1mth + .
he's the brother of this little man .
